Horrible !!!!Colored my hair twice and it did not cover my grey hair. The first time it was too light and the next time it was too dark. It looked like muddy brown. Beautiful ColorThe color is beautiful. I would recommend if you have gray hair around your face to do it first and then at the end do it again for some reason the color does not pick up there. I have used this kit a couple times and always do the crown first but both times the color did not stick. This set I just used was good, but the color container with the blue cap would not open no matter what I tried. I had to drill a hole in the top to get the color out. I feel like the cap should be removable for a due at home kit. Amazing product ridiculous shipping timeWriting this review as recommended with an email yet still not received items. However I have previously purchased from this brand and before the product was great. however I placed my order on the 7/12/23 and it is now 26/12/23 and is still in transit took them about 5-7 days to dispatch very unhappy. Although it is shipping internationally I placed another online order also internationally and it has made the same shipping progress in the past 3 days then this Esalon order has done in over 2 weeks. love your products but work harder in fulfilling orders faster cause that’s ridiculous. 2 de 2 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Just perfect!I am so happy with my color! I cannot believe esalon was able to match my color so well. I have copper blonde color, and I was worried about how my dark roots would respond. Jetzt ist es superNachdem ich bei der ersten Bestellung einen echten Reinfall mit der Farbe hatte, habe ich von eSalon in Absprache mit mir eine neue gemischte Farbe erhalten. Diesmal ist es wirklich super geworden. Genau So wie ich es haben wollte. Katharina vom Support hat mich jederzeit gut beraten und mit mir die Endfarbe abgestimmt.
