Love it!I love eSalon! I also love that my colorist contacted me regarding gradually going darker when I just wanted to jump right in. So glad she suggested a lighter color because I love it! Best Color for my hairI'm getting some gray here and there, and I was looking for more ash color in my color. The store-bought brands don't make many ash colors, or the markets I shop don't order them. Not What I ExpectedThis was a great idea, but it wasn't as good as everybody says it is. First off, the dye doesn't rinse out very well, the shampoo wasn't shampoo, and the conditioner doesn't condition your hair. Second, after rinsing, shampooing, and conditioning, my hair felt very damaged and stringy. I had to do a deep condition over night and then re-shampoo (to remove the rest of the dye) and condition my hair the next day and it still felt stringy. Third, the color wasn't what I wanted.
