Great Hair colorI am so glad I took a chance and tried eSalon. I previously used drug store color to cover my mostly gray/white hair. Since my original color was fairly dark, I had problems covering the roots. They were always too light,and the color faded quickly. The eSalon color was blended exactly right,and the color really lasts. I was so surprised the first time I used it that my roots matched the rest of my hair perfectly,no more light roots. Tinted Love Color Enhancing TreatmentI was hoping this would perform as indicated, but apparently it does not work on white hair. My roots on top of my head are white and they do not hold the color each time I apply your dyes. Within days, it starts to fade back to pink. This product did not aid me. Unreliable companyRequested another kit of the same exact color and "customer service" wants another picture. I made an order (the 8th of the EXACT same color) that they will not process. Good luck to you trying to erase your credit card info. be very careful which color you select nitiallyThe quality of this product is just great. My hair was shiny and soft and the shade resisted fading very well. Unfortunately, I chose a shade that was too red and too dark. I can lighten slightly with each new application of color, but it is only applied at the roots, so I'm stuck with the bright red. Color lovely but does not lastI have now tried 3 rounds of eSalon color. My color formulation has changed several times to try to get it right. While I appreciate the flexibility of the eSalon team, my color just never landed in the right zone. On the one occasion that I really liked the color, it faded within 3 weeks, starting to fade after the first wash. The color was supposed to be permanent and I used the Heart Lock It shampoo and conditioner.
