Exceeds expectationsAs an African American woman I am always a little skeptical of products. My stylist was Heather and I must admit....YOU DID AN AWESOME JOB! I'm very disappointmentThe results are not what I expected. I did not like the color that you sent me, and when I applied my hair turned out darker than my natural color and the one I usually apply. eSalon chose my color without taking into account my opinion.
