première commande - première teinteje reçois ma commande, la communication a été aisée, en effet, un peu de retard de livraison et je suis partie en congés sans avoir reçu celle-ci. on m'a rassuré et accompagné. j'ai pu finalement a mon retour procéder à la coloration. J'ai les cheveux longs et épais. Deux doses m'ont ete livrées et c'est parfait. la couleur est jolie meme si elle doit etre adaptée car elle ne correspond pas tout a fait a mes attentes. DisappointedVery disappointed. I got NO blonde, just took away what blonde I already had. It came out a grayish muddy color that was drab and dull, and the ugliest color I would NEVER hope to have. I hope it's ok to recolor right now, because that's what I'm going to do, as I will not be out in public with this crappy color. I was hoping it was gonna be great. But not even close. Medium blonde. Schöne Farbe, grau nicht ganz abgedecktDie Farbe kommt tatsächlich unfassbar nah an meine Naturhaarfarbe heran. Super! Leider kommen hier und da noch ein paar graue Haare durch. Für den Preis, den ich für die erste Bestellung gezahlt habe, ist die Leistung trotzdem absolut okay, für den Preis, der für die Folgebestellungen fällig wird, allerdings nicht.
