FailedFinally used the product last week, June 10, 2020. Not happy with the product because it left my hair dry (the conditioner wouldn't even soften it up) & it didn't cover the gray for long. I followed the directions, this is not the first time hair color was done at home. I specifically stated that my hair turns gray 3 weeks into color. This time after 4 days, the front of my hair was white, the color disappeared. Not happy with the product. Not for me...This is my 3rd colour order. After the first 2 my greys are still untouched and my hair is dry and brittle. My colour was amended and developing time lengthened but still no difference. I can't fault the team for customer service and commitment to trying to get it right, they went above and beyond. Unfortunately no instructions for very short/pixie hairstyles to help with sectioning hair etc (I found this very frustrating) I have used the esalon shampoo and conditioner religiously and do the once a week conditioning retreat, but the condition of my hair after colouring has been terrible. Also the amonia/chemical smell was overpowering (my bathroom window open and extractor fan on the whole time) All of which means that no matter how much I want this to be great.... Roots not fully covered, greys still visibleIt made my lockdown hair look better but didn't quite do the job. Greys still visible and roots look diff colour to ends, but it looks OK.
