Better than expected!Used this service for the first time in October 2016. My hair colour was a big change to how I had been but the colour was great, my hair is in fab condition since using my custom colour and I actually loved the new colour after getting used to it. I put a couple of highlights through my hair and they turned out a great colour. I've received my next colour and I asked to be a little lighter and my colourist has altered the colour. I haven't used it as yet as I've found my new colour to last much longer than my previously dyed hair.
