Just what I wanted!I am not a hair color expert, but the store colors would always come out wrong and fried my hair. This product was easy to use and didn't hurt my hair as much. Plus got GREAT recommendations from the hair stylist that have helped with other hair related issues. Great experience. Bad decision on hair productI have not used my last shipment. I made a bad decision and bought the new Swarovski brand using their lightest color (caramel blonde) and it turned my hair a dark orange color. I am afraid to use another hair color on top of it right now. I've liked dealing with your company. Only my e-hairdresser knows for sure!I have been very satisfied with everything about my hair color and your efforts to provide a special individual client home salon experience. At least that's what it feels like to be pampered through the mail by you. I am using color treated hair shampoo and not washing it every day...yet still my gray roots are showing through in about 3-4 weeks. Any suggestions? I am tho king about the rout touch up. Custom Color-faded quicklyFirst of all since there were two different colors for roots and ends, it was impossible for me to do it myself which defeats the purpose of not going to a salon and saving money.
