Great color quality and excellent customer serviceI have coloured my hair with E-salon 3 times now. For my first order, I was immediately surprised at how beautiful and vibrant and perfect the colour came out without any bleach. Even though I had a pretty vibrant copper-red colour, it only bled for the first 3 washes and lasted a really long time. For the third colour I asked to adjust the colour a bit, to match my winter season preferences, and the colourist did a wonderful job matching my new colour mix to the reference picture I sent them. They even sent me the second bottle of colour for free. Overall I have never managed to get the perfect shade of red I desired outside of a salon visit and E-salon got it perfect the first time. TerribleThe colour was not brown, my hair is pure black!!! The colour also washes out each time I wash my hair. Better off using boxed dye from the supermarket I do not recommend 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Bons produits mais pas du tout la couleur demandéeQualité et soin j'ai adoré les produits, mais le suremballage pas très ecolo en plus de faire sale (partie bleu déteint sur tout les produits dans le coffret). J'applique à la lettre le produit à la racine puis celui pour les mèches (plutôt rose framboise) étonnant pour faire du roux... Je me dis "attendons le résultat". Je lave bien mes cheveux, les sèche et fais mon brushing... Résultat la couleur tire bien sur le rouge et non un roux léger comme demandé. Alors pour moi c'est la dernière fois !
