Not happyI wanted a lighter hair color. It's exactly the same as mine. Didn't cover any of the grey hairs. And still has a red undertone. Which was the thing I did not want. Never going back to the salon for color!I have colored at home for over 30yrs. I've also used the salon. Never going back to the salon. I Was hesitant to try this as I had tried another online company with poor results. This is different. I submitted my photo with what I wanted-and received it! Roots matched the ends-no hot roots or dark ends. Grays were covered. Color was dimensional and vibrant. My hair has never looked more natural and shiny, or felt so soft. No fading either. For my next kit I am going bolder! I emailed questions and received a *phone call* from my colorist to be sure I received exactly what I was looking for. EXCELLENT customer service!
