Résultat catastrophique !Très déçue par cette coloration – résultat catastrophique Je suis extrêmement déçue par ce produit. J’ai suivi les instructions et utilisé la coloration comme indiqué, mais le résultat est très loin de ce qui était attendu. La couleur obtenue sur les racines est très irrégulière et le résultat est particulièrement mauvais sur les cheveux blancs. La différence de couleur est très visible et mes cheveux ont maintenant un aspect beaucoup plus gris et terne. Pour un produit présenté comme professionnel, je trouve le résultat totalement inacceptable. J’ai pourtant respecté les recommandations d’utilisation. Je déconseille fortement ce produit, surtout si vous avez des cheveux blancs et que vous recherchez une couleur uniforme et naturelle. Très mauvaise expérience. Did not cover greys! Left for 40minutes!!!I’m really sad to say I’ve not had the best experience with your formulas first one turned my hair black and washed out in a week. Für mich bitte nie wieder!Ich hoffe, dass ihr auch Kritik vertragen könnt und meinen Beitrag jetzt nicht löscht. Bei meiner Bestellung war eine zweite Flasche dabei, welche für die Längen sein sollte. Auf meine Nachfrage hin ob diese auf jeden Fall genutzt werden muss oder ob die eine reicht... Nein, zwingend erforderlich, da etwas anders als die für den Ansatz, wird sonst fleckig. Ok, wird gemacht. Das man beim Nachbestellen aber dann ja theoretisch immer die zweite Flasche mitbestellen müsste, wird vorher und schon gar nicht bei den Kosten erwähnt. Vorweg gesagt, ich färbe mir seit über 40 Jahren die Haare und weiss schon, was ich tue. Aber so eine Sauerei mit zwei unterschiedlichen Flaschen habe ich ja noch nie erlebt. Aber gut, hat im Endeffekt geklappt. Nun sitze ich hier und sehe, ich habe keinen blauen Ansatz (bestellt wurde Blauschwarz). Kein blauer Ansatz ist im Grunde das, was ich mir erhofft hatte. Aaaaaaber.... ich habe auch keine blauschwarz gefärbten Haare. Die Haare haben ganz leicht Farbe angenommen, aber zum einen die Farbe nicht überdeckt, welche vorher da war, und mit der gewünschten Farbe hat es nicht im Ansatz zu tun. Und würde ich zum Friseur gehen, wäre die Färbung zusammen mit der zweiten Flasche nicht wirklich viel teurer als das, was mich das bei euch kosten würde. Allerdings müsste ich nach einem Friseurbesuch nicht mein Bad grundreinigen. Ach, eins noch, die Flaschen sind für mich zumindest sehr problematisch gewesen, da ich unheimlich drücken musste, um überhaupt Produkt herauszubekommen. Messy and too darkThe set arrived and it was beautifully presented, with straight forward step by step instructions. I was disappointed with the colour though, I spent a long time choosing the shade and specifically asked for not too dark and no black and my hair looks black. Also, the final stage of the process where you add water to the bottle to blend the roots and main section of hair was extremely messy, even if you do it in the shower. Not quite the colour I was expectingI tried a different colour 2 years after my first try with E Salon and unfortunately faced the same issue I had before. Nothing like the colour chosen. I asked for a warmer colour to tone down my natural colour to a more warm strawberry blonde. Instead, I’ve got red hair.
