What is that oily waxy residue?!!My hair is having trouble taking color. The roots take color great, but the bottom 3 or 4 inches do not want to hold color. I was hoping this product would be different. Well no such luck. The color on the roots and everywhere looked great at first, but there was this horrible waxy oily residue. I had rinsed and rinsed and rinsed and then used the shampoo provided and then rinsed some more. I had to use my own color shampoo to finally get the oily residue out of hair. It's really gross. I have never had that problem before with all the times I have colored my own hair or have had it professionally colored. Poor qualityI experienced a weird waxy build up when trying to rinse the color out. This happened the last two if not three times. Very personal service without any hassle of appointments and salon visits. I have made small changes which have been met exactly by my colourist. Can say this is as good if not better than any colour I have had at salons but with a fraction of the price tag. Easy to use website and very clear choices with fast feedback and responses.
