Love the color.It covered my gray very well. I'm glad I went with the color you suggested, rather than the one I chose. The only thing is that my ends are a bit darker than my roots. Hasn't kept the colour very longI am rather disappointed with my first pur,chase as the colour has all washed out lasting about 3 weeks which I don't consider good value for money, so I would therefore not ask you to send me anymore. DevastatedThe color was TOO dark. That's for starters. I left it on for less than 1/2 the time it stated to. I had intentionally allowed my hair to grow out anticipating doing this with your company after seeing the advertisements! My hair had roots appropriately 1" and 3/4 inches long. I had been letting my hair grow out from a short bob cut and it was past my shoulders at the point I colored it with your product. Not only was it so dark it turned a blackish color with plum tones but when I washed it I had so much hair fall out in the shower I panicked! It was like a chemo patient! I thought PERHAPS it was only because I had done something wrong myself.. I have done OTC products before however and NEVER had such a reaction. I thought if I waited and allowed myself to miss one shipment and didn't use any products in my hair, no heat to dry it, or style it, didn't get in a pool with chemicals.. that it would lighten and wouldn't do anymore damage. However hair continued to fall out at an alarming rate AND began to break off at the ends until it was ABOVE MY SHOULDERS and barely elbow my ears!! I finally had to suck it up and go into a salon where I was told YOUR product had damaged my hair beyond repair! I had to have my hair cut so short its now approximately three inches short all over! SHORTER than it was when I started growing it all out! And I've had to pay an exhorbant amount on keratin treatments to try and strengthen it. You can even see my scalp in places from loosing hair!
