First UseI received my first order and was very excited to get started. I loved the fact that I did not have to spend a lot of time waiting in a salon and the expense of salons. Although I am still excited about this product, my first experience did not turn out so well. I wanted to go back to my natural color of blonde and it turned out to be strawberry blonde, which is a pretty color, but not at all the color for me. The product did make my hair shiny and soft. Great Grey Coverage, but needs to leave hair shinier...I followed the directions and the results were too dark overall. The product did cover my stubborn grey, even along the hairline, which is the most stubborn. Extremely easy to use, loved the color!I was thinking I was crazy to do a in home coloring, as I have used a stylist for years. Easy to use, instructions clear and easy to understand, color was what I was I was hoping for. Would highly recommend the product. Follow up was good, customer service was excellent.
