Wow!I held off ordering because I didn't think you could achieve a natural look at home. After seeing a couple of my favorite YouTubers stated they use it I thought why not give it a shot. Color turned out as well as my 100$ salon visitThank you so much. I just now used the color. I was very nervous since I’ve NEVER used an at home color. I have been getting highlights and color done in a salon for the past 20 years. I had my daughter apply the color and the instructions were easy to follow. I love the presentation of the whole kit from the personalized bottles to how all the accessories are perfectly tucked into one box. The color turned out as well as my 100$ salon visit! The only thing I’m missing is the gloss. Your site says it’s out of stock. There should be an option for me to order it and you’ll ship when it’s in stock. Even husbands can do it.I have never colored my hair at home but being unable to get an appointment with my stylist I had to do something. I researched home colors and esalon popped up a number of times as one of the best. I placed an order and worked with a very nice colorist. The color arrived quickly with comprehensive instructions. I was nervous, especially because my husband had to help apply the color. We fumbled through and the results are fantastic. Not what I was expecting!The ease of ordering and receiving the product was great. The actual application was very easy. The directions are so easy to follow. My problem is...the color is not what I expected. You can barely see anything has changed. I chose the Lt Blonde. It does not look like the color I ordered. I would like to have it lighter if possible. Maybe a different formula or longer set time? I am up for recommendations.
