Great newer customer service!! 3rd time to retouch rootsWe had missed a small, but noticeable section abt 2 “ above my ear from the hairline to behind my ear!!! I called, expecting to pay for a new kit. Instead I was sent another kit by priority to correct the mistake. So impressed.
