Sehr gutes SetIn dem Set ist alles dabei was man braucht und meine Farbe gefällt mir sehr gut. Das war meine erste Aktion im Bereich Haare Färben daher ist das Ergebnis nicht ganz so gut gelungen aber die nächsten Versuche werden dann besser . Nicht für graue Haare geeignetDa ich mir die Haare lieber selbst färbe, als stundenlang im Salon zu sitzen, wollte ich die personalisierte Haarfarbe mal probieren. Schon beim ersten Mal verschwand mein grauer Ansatz nicht. Da ich aber die Anwendung sehr gut fand (es roch gut, fühlte sich gut an, ließ sich gut verarbeiten), bat ich um eine Änderung der Rezeptur mit meinem Anliegen, dass die grauen Haare nicht gefärbt wurden. Aber auch beim zweiten Mal konnte ich keine Veränderung feststellen. Das ist sehr schade, da dies der Hauptgrund für mein Haarefärben ist. Root colourI don’t know if the colour has been changed since the last order but it’s darker. However, it did cover the greys this time although that may have something to do with the method of application, length of time I kept it on which was a little longer and the fact I used it all up. Completely the wrong colour! So upsetI placed an order for a light to mid ginger. The colour on the reference photo matched my hair, and I even provided a photo of my hair to help the colourist. The dye that arrived is COMPLETELY the wrong colour - it's so dark that my hair is now BROWN, despite it claiming to be a ginger hair dye. The colour looks absolutely horrendous on me, my hair feels dry and frizzy and it has never looked or felt WORSE. I'm absolutely wrecked as it took me so long to get my hair to a colour I liked after it being dark for so long, now I've got to go through that process all over again! So for anyone else wanting an accurate result and amazing feeling hair like this company claims their dyes will give you, look elsewhere! great resultsI am new to at home color and couldn't be happier. The instructions were easy to understand and I could follow them with no problems. The colorist planned my two-step change from grown out light blond to my more natural brunette perfectly.
