Loving it !I opened my box today and colored my hair. Loved the packing and how individualized it is for the customer. Easy to use. Very well instructions given. Enough tubes to cover my hair. It is so smooth and lush. I do feel that the color turned out a little darker than I expected even though I timed it as per instructions. My order never came and never heard from there customer serviceI ordered my color on Feb 17 and it was shipped on the 22nd, I never received the order and could not track it through royal mail, as when going on the link it simply said tracking not possible. Then I wrote to customer service my order never came and there was the possibility to get a new one shipped gor free, but after doing this a week ago I never heard it is shipped and also never received a message from customer support or anything.
