Love the ColorThis has been one of the best dye kits ever. I used to use Sally's beauty store but the color was never exactly what I was looking for. Love this product.I was a bit skeptical at first however my colorist Sarah got it right. My hair was a faded out strawberry blonde and I needed it to be more red copper. She nailed it. A nice colour but not what I wantedA good product, lovely presentation, everything that was needed and plenty of the product for my longish hair. Unfortunately I was after a natural ginger/auburn similar to my own and the colour was deeper red. Whilst it isn’t the colour I’d hoped for it is a nice colour, vibrant with a good shine to my hair and smells good. If you have thick hair you will need 2 or 3 sets to do your hairIt took 2 times to get the color how I wanted it. The way to order is frustrating because there is no way for me to order more than 1 "set" at a time. The wording on the kit is very ambiguous to me as well and i have over 20 years of retail experience. The kit says it comes with 2 bottles of each and no the set comes with one and the end refresher comes with one. If i have a set and an ends refresher in my cart(which im getting charged for separately) alot of people would assume that 3 bottles of color will be coming, not 2. But my instructuons says my "kit" comes with 2 bottles. My hair is VERY thick and I needed 2 kits last time to get coverage and after emailing them them sent me 2 kits at one time. I didn't know I would have to place 2 totally separate orders(twice the shipping and alot of wasted packaging, the box is cute but sooo much bigger than nessary) to get enough of my root color to properly do my hair, just hit 2 in the cart but there is no optionfor that. Why can't they just adjust my kit to have a larger bottle? And why are you gating-keeping my color???
