Not very goodWas very disappointed in the product. Used it the first time by myself, followed directions & wasn't happy with the outcome. Lasted very short length of time. Thought it was something I did incorrectly so I took it to my hairdresser & had her apply it. Was just as disappointed then also. Color didn't even last 4 weeks--red was totally gone & the gray was back and very prominent. Wrong color!!I sent a picture of my dirty blonde hair with blonde highlights to the colorist. They send me light brown. I figured they knew what they were doing. They did not. I now have brown roots and blonde hair! Help! Was hoping for something good and they deliveredI am so glad I didn't spend $100+ at a salon to color my hair! The kit was easy, the customer service prompt and personal (THANK YOU for being a business that personally responds to emails, it's amazing! And the shipping was so fast [although I do also live in LA so it's not too far, but still!]). It was super easy to apply and pretty fool-proof as far as missing any strands of hair goes, it totally coated my whole head. Plus I had plenty of dye left over and I have rather long hair. Also it made my hair insanely glossy and soft, which I have gotten major compliments on. I honestly don't think my hair could get shinier, it's like a commercial. Best beauty item I have !I have had the same beutician for eight years. I am 65! When she cut my hair this week, she stopped and studied my hair then asked "do you color your hair?" She wanted to know what product had my hair looking so healthy and the color so natural. That says it all. This is a high end salon.
