The color is great. I am happy with it.I only wish that they would provide a color brush/applicator with each color kit. It came with my first one, but I didn't know I was supposed to keep it and I threw it away with all the emply containers. Poor customer service!I ordered this product a few weeks ago. Within a day or so of ordering (before the item shipped), I called because I had an unforeseen situation. I had to abruptly leave where I was staying and go back home. I had to leave in order to avoid being exposed to COVID-19. The person I was staying with needed to be quarantined and did not want to stay in a hotel. So I asked that the item be shipped to my home address. The customer service agent told me there was nothing she could do. I also wrote a complaint in the survey I was sent. No response. I was surprised how much I loved the colorI was apprehensive after receiving the box after seeing the colors on paper... after application the color was great! Loved it, maybe would like a bit more red in it next time. I did notice however the color faded fairly quickly 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

My First Time Custom Color SetThe color did not completely cover the gray and wasn't quite the color I wanted but this is a work in progress.
