Perfect!The first time I used it, the color was not what I was expecting. After consulting with the colorist, the next color was perfect. I am in the third week with minimum fading (red is very hard to keep, especially in Florida). Easy to useIt was easy to use, great instructions. It came with plenty of color. The only drawback is the same as with box color, color did fade after a couple of weeks. Switching colorsI cannot find how to communicate with the right person. My hair, as shown in today's picture, has grown out to be silver-gray as my natural. I would like to color over the remaining blond to be a dusty or silver-gray color. Too darkHello, let me start letting you know that I'm in love with the quality of the product, my hair is soft and looks healthy, the only problem is that the shade is too dark, your light brown is darker than my natural light brown, the color is awesome but I feel a little disappointed because it wasn't the idea that I had in mind. I already text to my colorist letting her know that it was too dark and providing some photos with the idea that I have in mind, I like the product and I would love to continue buying it but how can I be sure to get the color that I want.
