Fantastic colour,well worth it.Slightly complicated at first. Soon got the hang of it,the colour for the ends makes it seem that way. On the whole very happy with how my hair came out,the colour is amazing also the products that came with it were nice on my hair. Great supportMy second order was shipped and damaged so badly UPS put it in a plastic bag with a note on it.I sent out a few emails about the situation and with in a week I received a email back telling me they would be sending me out a new order no questions asked.I had pictures of my package, because in the past company's didn't believe people so just incase.I couldn't return it the hair color had exploded all over the place it was a mess,but these things do happen.But I am so happy that Escalon responded and reactivated the way they did.So thank you this is what makes good companies.
