disspointed, totally.Fast shipping. Nice packaging. Color looked great for one day. i skipped washing my hair alot and used sulfate free shampoo and conditioner when i did.. still each shower had purple water,very messy. and the color faded faster than a box at home dye (which would have been cheaper). also, then shampoo and conditoner given to me in the package from e-salon wasnt very good at all.
