One star because there wasn't an option for NO starsI hate the black color that my hair color is now. The first 4 photos are what I had before your product was applied to my hair and I wanted to maintain and keep that color......Now I'm stuck with black hair! Tried to order color several times.I've tried to order color several times but your website only wants payment. It's not interested in what color I need or want. I've tried several times but it only wants payment and I have NO IDEA what color i'm ordering..Very confusing on how to order. Doesn't workI purchased hair color and was so excited to try it out. I was incredibly disappointed to use it and find my hair to be exactly the same. I thought maybe I didn't leave it in long enough, so I used the free second bottle to try again the next day, carefully following all the instructions. Guess what: MY HAIR LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME. new userI have switched from Maddison-Reed online coloring and am much more satisfied with esalon. I am fairly new to coloring my hair and just wanted to cover my grays. Maddison-Reed was always too dark, even after choosing lighter colors 3 different times. After using an esalon colorist, she got my natural brunette color exactly with a little kick of red with a nice shine. Spot onI'm naturally dark brown but well over 50% gray and have gone dark blonde with med to light blonde highlights. The recommended shade for root touch ups was much darker so I chose medium blonde instead.. Great ColorThis is an easy product to use. I have bought store brand boxes before but I really like this one better. My color looks rich and so nice every time. I like that it comes in the mail and not have to go to the store it so discreet. I will continue to use only this and I recommend it to others as well. Absolutely love eSalon!I have used the hair color my colorist suggested and I absolutely love it! The color is great and I really like how shiny my hair looks after I add the color.
