Love my color!This is my 3rd order. On my first order, I sent a picture of my hair and they formulated the perfect color. On this order, I wanted my color a little warmer for the fall. It turned out great! I am a redhead and was nervous about using an online service, but every time it turns out great! I did have trouble at first with the waxy residue after coloring. I contacted esalon and they instructed me to really work in the leftover color when rinsing and it worked! Exactly what I was looking for!!I was a little nervous about doing a red at home, but I finally decided to do it and boy was I happy!! The color is so rich and was exactly what I was going for. I will need a little adjustment for next time as my roots are a little lighter than the rest of my hair, but I will absolutely be keeping this color and continuing to use this product. HAVE HAD SO MANY COMPLIMENTS ON MY COLOR, VERY NATURAL, BRIGHT & BEAUTIFULThe added personal touch of having my name on each product is such a nice added bonus, makes me feel like I'm not just a number, also assures me that there has not been a mistake in my order (always reassuring). I've had the same color for a couple years, have had to make a couple tweeks with the color as my tastes change, it's never a problem, it's done and done well. Covers gray hairI luv that it covers the gray hair real good first time around. Usually when I dye my hair at home (Sally's Beauty hair product) as soon as I wash out the dye, you can still see some gray around the hairline . I was hoping to go a little longer before next touch up with Esalon. It'll be 3 weeks (10/27) since I did my hair and already need to touch up. Root and Ends length separet kitsThe precious box I received contained only one set of hair color, so maybe that was the reason I didn’t get the color I was expecting. For the box that was mailed in September, I receive two different color set (roots and hair length) and I had exactly the color and grey cover that I wanted. Overall Good Quality Product!Despite my color not fully turning out to what I had stated in my color goal, or in the photo of what this color is supposed to turn out with on my natural color- I still would say the dye itself is good quality! My new color still looks than it did before I used the product! Considering it was my first time purchase, I anticiapted some tweaks might be needed for my next order.
