You have NO clueI told you my color was too dark so my next order was less gray coverage but still BLACK. You don't know black from brown. I doubt all of your fantastic reviews are REAL. Lovin it!Decided to give this product a try and I'm so glad I did. The color was exactly what I had in mind and the results were beautiful. My hair not only looks great, but feels great too. Very Surprised!I was contacted before shipment to tell me that the color I had selected was probably too dark and asked if I wanted to go with my colorist's suggestion. I chose to follow the suggestion made and was pleasantly surprised. I visited my hairdresser the next week for a trim and she even said the color looked good.
