So unhappy!I had such high hopes for this product. But instead I was so disappointed. The product left a terrible thick substance in my hair that took 5-6 washings to get out. And trying to cancel is a nightmare. The website keeps directing you to the same place with the same instructions that lead to know where. eSalon forever!I will never go back to store bought color in a box! I love to change up my color frequently and my colorist always gets it right! Each color is unique for me. If I want to adjust the shade, I can call eSalon and talk to someone who will coach me through what I like and what I want to change. Or, I can send my colorist a message and/or a photo and I know that someone will read my message and make the appropriate adjustments, and quickly! I have confidence that my colorist hears me and takes my request into account when mixing my color.
