Nice coverageHair condition nicely maintained through out the process- hair left lovely and shiny. Love the skin protection and stain remover cloth for those moments when the colourant get on the skin. Love thisI kept seeing this esalon on FB, and so glad I had come across the ad. I love my hair color you guys put together for me. I didn’t really follow all the directions the first time and the texture felt so gross after I washed my hair. But the next time I did exactly as it said to and the texture felt so much better. No Customer serviceI tried to contact the colorist at the phone number provided. The people answering tried to sell me something totally different and refused to transfer me to a colorist. I went on web site. It took me six screens to modify my order. I still would did not know if my concerns would be met.
