Best Medium Blond Ever!Thank you! I used my new custom color two days ago and I love it! I followed the technique in the directions to produce more shine and it worked. Color faded, head developed soreness after skin test was clear.Love the packaging, and thought that a lot of time and quality went into the packaging, however my head was really sore the next almost two weeks after dyeing came in contact with my scalp. I tested it on my wrist and had no problems, but my head was sore and felt black and blue for quite some time and I broke out with a few little tiny sores. When contacted the company they immediately gave me all my money back, and I cancel future orders. Could just be me, but I've never had a reaction to any of the department store dyes or other dyes beauticians use.
