Loved the colorI actually loved the color a lot. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my hair felt greasy and sticky for at least three days after, despite numerous washes. I think it was from the 2nd bottle they provided that was used midway to the ends, because my roots did not have the same issue. Wrong colorI don’t know what happened but I colored my hair and it came out really ashy and dull. The box was different if that makes any difference. So far up until now everything has been great. I haven’t done anything to change my hair since I’ve been using you. So I don’t know if it got mixed up with someone else’s or what. Just letting you know so you can review it. Hot headedAfter receiving my remixed colour it took a while to get it done due to medical reasons.
