Color changeThe first time I ordered the color was definetly not a match. They sent me a replacement for free plus an additional bottle of color. This color was a better match. The only complaint is I wish they had sent two boxes of gloves (one for this time and one for the next time). You should be ashamed of yourselvesThis color was about as far from ash as it gets. It was a warm reddish orange: which is exactly what I explicitly stated I did not want. Custom Color ChangeI requested a change (more red) to my current color and absolutely LOVE the shade I was sent. Adding red can be tricky but the new custom color blends perfectly with the darker shade I had before...looks completely natural and so shiny.
