I like but I wanted a lightercolorSo I order the highlights and got the kit, with I more of the brown color, I want to give up on that dark brown color, so again am getting another shipment of brown, after I already ordered my highlights, so I haven't used it yet, I seen the video, so why do I need more brown, after highlights, I felt that there is too many departments that is confusing my orders. Love it!!!I was afraid I would regret attempting to do this myself. I found it very easy to apply and it covered my white hair on the first try!! Plus my hair felt so awesome afterwards using the shampoo and conditioner provided. PerfectThe color mixed for me was my exact hair color. I loved that my hair after dying felt soft like I had never put dye in it. Only complaint is I get to many shipped to me. Love the gray coverageI needed something to cover my gray while giving me shine and natural tones. This product did all that asked for. It covered my gray and my hair looks healthy and shiny.
