It used to work nicely but then it stopped covering IIt used to work nicely but then the last year or so it stopped covering my roots. It just doesn't work anymore. I went to the website and requested a change to the color so that it actually works, if possible. I kept getting sent the same formula without Any change. Perfect color!This was a perfect color for me! It colored my grays beautifully but what I loved most was that it didn’t stain my skin around my hairline or on top of my ears! I used the stain guard on my forehead but obviously can’t go into my hairline with it (nor did I put it on top of my ears) and it still didn’t stain the skin which was a huge win in my book! You can’t tell I colored my hair because it blended seamlessly. Didn’t have a strong odor and the shampoo and conditioner it comes with smells so good and took away that “freshly colored hair” smell. Once upon a time a brunette......I haven't dyed my hair in over 12 years, so I didn't answer the questions properly and I ended up with the wrong color. After my bday, I contacted a colorist via email and got a prompt response. I sent her a couple of pictures and she customized the ideal color for me. I can hardly wait to get my color kit. Bad color/extremely light 👎The color was WAY to light and did NOT even fully cover my Grey's! I was looking for a deep brown color with hints of mahogany in it, and what I received was not even remotely close to what I wanted! My hair was like the color or a very pale colored penny, it was horrible! I was so excited to try this hair dye and lets just say I was practically in tears when I got finished. I also specifically asked for extreme grey coverage and let's just say it barely covered them all from day 1. SauereiIch hab keine Ahnung wie man diese totale Sauerei im Bad vermeiden soll. Dann doch lieber färben lassen… besonders bei so dicken Haaren eine Herausforderung es gleichmäßig zu machen und ich hab noch nicht mal lange Haare.
