Fabulous!I have to admit that I was a little taken aback when I got an email informing me that my stylist had made a change to my color. I "thought" that I knew what I was doing. So, ok, fine, go ahead and send what you think I need. Well, needless to say, my stylist, Danielle S. knew exactly what my hair needed!!! The color was easy to apply, I loved the specific directions for roots vs ends. My hair is curly and dry, the other brand of color I had been using took up to 45 minutes to process and only made the ends worse! I was still a little nervous as to what the actual color would turn out to be, but I immediately loved it! And on top of that, I still ( 3 weeks later) get daily compliments on my beautiful red hair. Omg!!!The first color I got scared me it was way too orange for my tastes. I called them up they listened and took notes they sent me out a new color (with violet undertones) and I put it on and I’m in love! Thanks for listening and for the red! because there isn't anything lowerI have never colored my own hair but this sounded really safe. I went thru the multi questions . I have brown / grey hair want dark blond. I got red and bright red. omg. I called and was told that for no extra fee if I emailed pictures they would send me the fix. this was Monday. on Thursday I called to find out when to expect the package. I was told that they had closed my account because they could only darken my hair not lighten it. I asked why no one had sent me a message . she claimed it was sent. I've gone line by line in both in mail and spam and they never sent me anything just two surveys to ask about my experience. I have now spent $12 for a product from walgreens color oops to fix my hair.
