Love the color, hate the smell...I love the color and the price, but the smell of the formula is really overwhelming... and it’s super hard to wash out of my mid-back-length hair. BrassinessColor is brassy/copper. Trying to correct this. 3rd try now. Still working on it. Though I have been disappointed with the brassiness the color does seem to be nice quality. Doesn’t dry my hair out and has a nice shine. 1 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Sticky ickyOnce again, my hair coloring process turned my hair into a goopy, tarry mess. I followed all the directions including massaging my hair for 5 minutes in the shower (the directions recommended 1-2) to loosen the color and 4 shampoos and 20 minutes later I finally freed my hair of a goopy, greasy residue that the color left behind. I am convinced that it is the multiple shampoos that has left me with grays showing at only 3 weeks out from coloring and super dry hair. This is probably my 4th or 5th order. The last order was the first time it got goopy. When I contacted my colorist she said I needed to make sure and massage my scalp before shampooing. It took WAY more than a massage to fully clean my hair. I seriously considered using dish soap but was worried it would be too much for my hair after the coloring and multiple shampoos. Love it!!!I was skeptical ordering hair color online even though your company has gotten great reviews. The whole process was so easy though and, after speaking with Stephanos, my personal consultant, I felt so much better! He put together a beautiful color for me and I love it!
