Love It!!! Super impressed!First time customer and I'm so glad I decided to give it a try! The stylist mixed my color perfectly to what I described for my "hair goals". My color is vibrant and rich. My hair has never looked better! I never want to buy the lower quality dye from the store again. Even your packaging is so much less stress. Not what I expectedI purchased hair color after filling out the survey. I had a few exchanges with a color specialist and sent additional photos. I did my color according to instructions. It is okay. But the color is much darker at the roots and more the red I wanted/started with at the ends. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Hate it!Omg! I’ve used this in the past and loved it. I recently went back and asked for the blonde I loved in the past and sent several photos. I just colored my hair and it’s BROWN! Dog ugly BROWN. I hate Brown in my hair. Oh great by next week all the gray will return to make me feel worse. YESH!!I ordered the salon kit with my first order (hair clips, color basin, brush, cape, timer, AND a battery!), which made my experience super easy! My color came out beautifully! Thanks to my expert colorist! Although, my roots dyed a darker color than my ends from having a previous at-home dye job. But, they were both awesome though, so I didn't really mind.
