Color is just ok, my fault when orderingThe formula is thick and kind of oily so it stayed in my hair and felt really greasy until I used vinegar to get it completely washed out of my hair the next day. BEST PRODUCT EVERABSOLUTE BEST PRODUCT IVE EVER PURCHASED. EVER. I have been using this hair dye for years, after going between nearly every red on the market and from salons. Once I used this, I never went back. The color is insanely realistic, I've gotten thousands of compliments over the years on the quality of the color. Putting the color on is simple and normal, throw it on for 30 minutes and your hair will be stunning for weeks. The customer service is so great and truly want the color to be perfect for you. Every box comes (in super cute packaging) with the dye, shampoo, conditioner, a color protectant for your skin, a stain remover for after the process, a box of gloves (2 pairs I think) and a sticker to post your instruction up for easy read! Worked perfect!The color was just what I was hoping for which was little change from what I last had from a salon. I went to a new stylist a week after coloring and she told me she recommends esalon color to her customers who live far from the shop when they can't get to her for an appointment.
