It did not covered my gray hair at all,even after following the instructionsThe colour is very hard to wash off i had to shampoo my hair 3 times,also it did not covered my gray hair at all . Colour is ok even though i prefer more ash brown then it was. Salon? What salon?I will never go back to the salon again! Not only was I able to get an amazing color color with eSalon, but when I thought it was a bit darker than I would like (not that I’m complaining because i got so many compliments on the shade) they listened and made some adjustments so that I could get the color I was hoping for. I am a customer for life. Now, if the heat protectant spray would come back in stock, I’d be set lol. Worth every penny, and the savings from going to my hairstylist every 6 weeks is HUGE!
