Anpassung von Intensivtönung auf dauerhafte Haarfarbe ohne RückspracheIch habe auf „ich bin zufrieden mit meiner Farbe“ geklickt und habe ohne Rücksprache eine dauerhafte Haarfarbe (anstatt wie bisher eine Intensivtöung) bekommen, leider habe ich das erst gemerkt, als es beim Färben furchtbar nach Ammoniak gestunken hat. Leider ist nun auch die Farbe eine ganz andere. Die Tönung entsprach zu 100% meiner Naturhaarfarbe, die neue Bestellung hat meine Haare deutlich aufgehellt und sie gefallen mir gar nicht. i DIDNT SEE ANY DIFFERENCEI've had two formulas sent to me, both for my grow out (roots). My hair is naturally a level 7 and my lengths are level 9. I didnt see a difference after using two different custom color sets sent to me., I followed the directions meticulously and the second time I tried it on freshly washed hair! When I lighten my hair myself using other products, I always use a 10 volume developer and I rarely leave it in longer than 15 minutes. Thats enough to lift my hair at least 2 levels and probably more if i left it in longer. Their formula just didnt work for me 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Nothing like what I orderedWent for darkest ash brown I’m light ginger every time I wash I’m getting lighter and lighter I’m actually horrified I’ve gone from cool tone darkest brown naturally and only wanted to get rid of my greys now I’m ginger greys not covered and I’m lighter than my natural colour I specifically said in my stylist notes I didn’t want harsh red tones and colour that lifted very red and I feel like I was given that as an inside joke disappointed is an understatement 1 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Roots didn’t take. The rest of color, great.My roots did not take the color. Just okay.Works great for a week or less. Everytime I color, I love it but it just doesn't last. I generally only need to do my roots. I'm sure it probably works great for others but I've actually found supermarket touch-ups and semi-permanent colors to be longer lasting and significantly cheaper. The color looks just as good, my hair feels great and lasts for at least 3 to 4 weeks (my hair grows fast). I've been using eSalon for a few years but it only takes two washes and the grays of my roots are significantly lighter than the rest of my hair.
