Decline in serviceI previously used esalon years ago and and it worked great. I came back to use the service this year and it's horrible service and products . They can't change the colorist. They can not guarantee the hair color, they are not professionals. I have never heard so many excuses before. When this company advertise they have professional colorist but can't get my hair color correct and cover my limited grays. Box hair color works better than this. Amazingly Fabulous!I've been using these products for many years (when it first started, ad on cable channel) and love them! The added products (HeartLockIt shampoo, Love Unconditionally conditioner) have restored my hair health! I am so grateful! Living in a rural area, dry climate, well water (minerals) and using commercial products just annihilated my hair (long, wavy). I was distressed (no pun intended)! Then came E-Salon and saved me! The color's terrific for me, I get many compliments, and it's fairly easy to do (even with my hair length). It lasts, doesn't fade, and is worth every penny paid for it!
