The personal touch goes a long wayI just got off the phone with my personal colourist, Berenz, who was calling from Colorado (I live in Canada) to discuss my hair colour. Normally I don't give input or review on products or services, but I knew I had to after finishing a conversation with her. The level of care and consideration is legitimate and incredible. I was terrified of doing my own colour after being pampered my excellent hairstylist. My personal budge prevented me from continuing this pampering but eSalon is just as good and give you all the tools necessary to have awesome hair. Anxious to happy!Was really anxious about ordering and coloring my hair on my own. I let it sit in the box for a couple of weeks before I got my nerve up and colored my hair. I don't know why I was worried about it..... I love love love it! Turned out awesome! Would and will recommend to all my friends! Not the great results I expected!I specifically requested a "very" ashy light brown color. I used the hair color today and it's like it didn't even alter the color of my hair at all. Still way to much brassiness and it did not cover the gray at my temples at all. I followed the directions exactly with absolutely no result. Kind of feels like a waste of time and money.
