Great product!The color lasts a long time. My hair is healthier using eSalon. My hair had a lot of split ends and would break when I used other hair dyes. Shampoo and condition definitely lock in the color. Love the little accessories too - stain guard, stain remover. Came out better than I expected! Beautiful color!What a great concept. i was blown away by the packaging and the easy to use instructions. Even though my initial roots appeared darker the overall hair color turned out beautifully. I love the color. I am not going to make any changes to the formulary yet. Wrong hair color but excellent customer service3/15/2018- Update: The customer service from esalon has been exceptional. They have been very responsive and have worked with me to find a resolution in a very professional manner. I very much appreciate and value that kind of customer service. (Original post) I wanted to try this product to 're-set' my hair to it's natural color. My color was supposed to be a dark mahogany brown. Instead, my is orangy red! I am going to have to spend quite a bit of money to correct the color at a salon (which is what I didn't want to do in the first place!) I will say, the customer service person I spoke with was excellent, however, he did confirm that they had recently had bottles mixed up and it looked like I was one of the one's who was affected. I AM SO SORRY i TRIED THIS PRODUCT. 2.8.2018- Following up- I did speak with a customer service agent originally and he stated he would talk to his manager to see 'what they could do' and at the very least, would refund the money I paid for the product.
