Not 100% first time but will try againMy colour arrived after approx a week which was quicker than I thought. The application process was easy, the product didn't have a strong smell like a lot I have tried. My hair after felt amazing, I was worried after seeing other reviews that it might feel sticky but I'm presuming others can't have followed the rinsing process properly. The colour wasn't 100% what I was after, slightly too warm and a but darker however I requested a refund and received one immediately. I could have had a replacement but I'm going away so it wasn't worth it. I think I will try this again and ask for some adjustments as I was so impressed with the ease of this process and how good my hair felt after. I do love itI loved it but it did turn a bit brassy when I was out in the sun so much. But the colorists are working with me to change it a bit. But all I get are compliments on it. Not too bad!I loved the color kit, it really has everything you need, including two pairs of gloves and a coloring brush! The color was not quite what I was hoping for... I thought it was going to have more of a violet hue to it, but it was just a medium brown.
