LOVE ITI’ve gotten so many compliments! After years of dying my hair at home and the shade never looking ‘quite right’ my hair finially suits me! The shade is exactly what I wanted and I would have never been able to pick it out myself. It was great that the kit came with the different dye for my roots compared to the rest of my hair so finially I’m the same colour all over. Great!The custom hair color really is superb. It is easy to use and the added extras of gloves, skin protector, stain remover, shampoo and conditioner completes the kit. Great colorI have hard to color hair that picks up red. I was hesitant to try this color because of it. My color expert did an excellent job developing my color. No red. I love the packaging and it comes with everything you need to color your hair. Easy to useThis process was very easy to understand. The eSalon team is great. They checked on me throughout the whole process to make sure I was happy with my color and if I wasn't they would send me a new color and/or refund my money. Also, they will change your next auto-ship order to make sure you love your color. They send you everything you need to color your hair along with your color. I wanted my hair to be a light to medium blonde but it turned out strawberry blonde. I love my color I just want blonde for summer so they are going to change my next order.
