Work hard to match your colorI have had bad in salon experiences. The color isn’t even close to what I want. eSalon works hard to make the color you want. Also good to get all the supplies. The only thing I don’t like is the oily texture I have for a few days after coloring. No different then drugstore haircolorNo different then drugstore haircolor. In fact I liked the drugstore hair color better. Changed my colorMy first recommended color was too dark. I really didn’t care for it, and colored over it within a week with A L’Oréal Superior grey coverage med blonde color. I thought I’d try a lighter color, so I just tried it. The color is much better. I followed the directions exactly, but it doesn’t cover my gray as thoroughly as the L’Oréal product does. Easy to use & good finishI liked how the helpful steps & tips made it easy to use. I LOVE THE RESULTS!my gray is covered completely and has stayed that way since day 1! this is NOT your typical buy at the store hair color! the steps to apply are a bit different but SO worth it. I've had this color in for almost a month now and it has yet to fade or wash out the way store bought does. My hair feels so healthy and is shiny.
