change in color?The last color that I received and used, did not come out the normal color. Instead of having my normal red/copper color it turned out to be a very odd light brown. I wish I had been able to do something about it before I used it. The color in the bottle was a very light gold. Not my normal shade. Will you please look into what happened. Thank you very much. I decided to try your color one last time.I have been disappointed with both the color and the fact that my scalp and turned the same color as my hair. Réaction allergiqueDommage le rendu couleur est top et l'application facile. Jai fait le test 48h avant et jai respecté les conseils d'application mais je me retrouve avec un cuir chevelu tres irrité (fortes démangeaisons et sensation de feu). Je realise pourtant des colorations depuis des années. Je n'avais pas annulé l'abonnement donc j'ai recu un autre pack coloration. Pas d'autre choix que de le jeter. Not for meLet me start with the fact the color is AMAZING! However, I had an allergic reaction to the dye. The chemical smell though is what got me, it made my eyes burn and water, my nose and lungs sting, it was hard to catch my breath. I hope others have a better experience. Personal ServiceI love how when I ordered my first colour - it wasn't quite what I expected so I sent pictures and told the esalon team what I thought and they adjusted my colour to suit my requirements. You can't do that with shop bought colours! The personal service is great. The second colour was a lot more like I expected but I still want to tweak it again a bit so I'm hoping to adjust until I find the perfect colour. I've had lots of compliments on my new hair colour and it has definitely coloured the grey/white I had turned. Custom HaircolorGot my coloring set today and used it right away. Was totally surprised at the difference of my previous sets. The color now has the most luxurious lather when massaging it in my hair. It’s a thick foam that surrounds each hair and colors even the thin side hair that beforehand never took good. Also, the shampoo has a thicker lather and along with the conditioner it feels like it nourishes my hair to where it is a lot softer when done.
