Didn't likeColor is way too red. Not even a dark mahogany! Not even close. I stressed the love of a dark rich color. Didn't get it. I have hot roots. Very unhappy with color. Ok, so I received a new adjusted color. Now its way too brown. More mahogany is needed. At least my roots aren't a hot red! See 2 new photos. One shows hot red roots the 2nd dark brown hair. Exactly what I neededEven though I accidentally mixed both bottles together my color came out very even! The smell and feel of my hair after washing and conditioning was lovely! Amazing hair color! Love the new highlights option!The headline says it all. These guys are great. Its taken me a little while to figure out how to use the highlights, and it's difficult to do the back on my hair very well... I guess I would appreciate more tips on that. Thank you!I was using Loreal Feria color 74 deep copper. It is just never available anywhere, even a on their site. I was panicking. I love that color, it is kind of my signature thing. A friend suggested esalon. The other hair color site I looked at just didn't have my shade. I am so thankful. The color they sent me is a dead on match to my hair color. So pretty and bright. I didn’t use the colorI was terrified of coloring my hair because for the first time in so many years it was and still it it’s natural color. I have lots more white hair now.
