My 1st experience with eSalonMy friend suggested I try eSalon. Why not? It was a fabulous experience. I received many emails with suggestions or details about how to apply the color when I received it. I received many follow up emails making sure I was satisfied. Normally I do not want constant emails, but these were certainly appreciated. The product came in a cute box. Yes, I am that person marketing people want. The directions were clear. ExcitingMy color was perfect. I highly recommend this product. Also if you are unsure about a color go demi permanent! That’s what I did and it washes out alittle bit each time so if you are unsatified it’s not a long time to get it fixed. Colors grey better than any other DIY hair colorI love the color and it actually sticks to grey hair. Boxed dye often fades and lets my grey hair show through within days. I have even had this problem when I've had my hair professionally colored. This color sticks to the grey and does not fade. It is easy to apply and looks fantastic and natural once done. I have also noticed less damage to my hair using this dye compared to other dyes. My only complaint is that the dye is more difficult to wash out than other hair color when it comes time to rinse. Not for site publication - but I can't find your contact informationI usually like the color and experience with eSalon. This package however is seemingly unuseable - I can't open the developer no many how many jar openers I try. Need to fix the waxy residue!I have washed and scrubbed my hair SEVEN times since coloring it yesterday, I am unable to remove the wax residue on my hair. This should not be the case. New to esalonI just tried esalon for the first time. The first shipment did not arrive after a few weeks so I called and a new order was sent out right away. I have mixed feelings. First the pros. My hair is nice and soft and looks natural. The colour turned out different at the roots than the ends. I was hoping to achieve more of a blend but this didn't happen. My biggest concern was the product fumes were so strong that I had a reaction with my eyes. It didn't irritate my scalp, but I could hardly open my eyes. They were burning and tearing throughout the process and I had a headache the remainder of the day. This was disappointing as the product leaves your hair with lots of shine. Not sure if I will reorder due to the intense fumes and colour issue.
