I never Have any luck .. and I tried this timeDid not change delivery date but somehow it got changed , and I got something I didn’t like the first time .. I canceled my order , can’t have your company sending me stuff when ever they want .. still don’t have the color right .. I’ll just go back to the hair store , stinks cause I got charged 2 on the early for I color I didn’t like or would use . Great ProductI love, love this product. I should say products because of the conditioner. The best I have used. The color turned out so beautiful. I liked it when I first tried it but this time it's better. You don't get that dry, brittle feeling after coloring your hair with this product. I love my custom color!I sent a picture of my current hair color and a notation about what I wanted my eSalon color to be. The colorist was able to create a beautiful custom color that is exactly what I wanted! The well packaged kit included everything I needed to get wonderful results at home! Very pleased!
